1.1 研究背景及意义
经济全球化给企业带来机遇的同时，也带来了很多挑战。
面对这么广阔的经济环境，企业势必向多元化方向发展，因此所带来的竞争也日趋激烈。
若企业及其子公司不能应对这样的环境变化，那么其日常经营势必会受到不小影响，并将其带入经管和财务的风险漩涡中。
在实际的管理活动中，管理者常常将重心放在人资、品牌塑造和经营战略上，而忽视了风险的评估。
尤其是站在集团的角度忽略其下属子公司的风险管控，其表现主要有以下几个：一、风险管控意识不强;二、一味强调多元化发展和多多融资;三、内部员工只追求自身利益;四、收集信息能力薄弱，过时或假的信息使高层做出不恰当的决策;五、集团对下属子公司的治理方法已经过时。
以上的行为均加深了财务风险程度。
因为集团对下属子公司管控和监督不力，导致财务状况危机甚至是破产现象时有发生，因此对集团自身也产生了很多不利的影响。
